I can't set up my iconic. After selecting the iconic from the list of devices, I the touch the 'set up now' tab. My screen loops back to the dash board????
I have select another watch, the charge 2. After touching the 's st up now' tab, I progress to the accept T & C screen, then sync screen.
Any idea why I can move onto the next set up screen with my iconic watch???

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing the specifics of what happens when you try to set it up. Let me help you with your Ionic.
The first thing I'd recommend is that you restart your phone and make sure that Bluetooth is turned on. In addition, please check that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app. You can read more about it by clicking here.
If the above doesn't work, please let me know what phone is it that you are using and what Android version it is running.
