What does continue syncing mean on a Versa?

What does continue synchronalyzing exactly mean ?

I really would like to know how often a fitbit versa and the fitbit versa application on the

phone do synchronize with eachother,  when you have continue sychronizing enabled on the phone.

So after how many minutes is this exactly ?

Hello @motodebruin.

Allow me to answer your question and any other you might have.

Please correct me if I am wrong. You are asking how often does your phone and Versa sync on their own and how long it takes. Correct?

If that is what you mean then I would say that it depends on your settings. If you have set up 'Always Connected' and 'All-Day Sync' to on then the phone and Versa are always in contact with each other as long as Bluetooth is on and they are within reach of each other. They sync whenever there is more information in your Fitbit in something relatively similar to having live data on your Fitbit app.

As for how long the syncing itself takes, it should be minimal. Specially in cases like the one described above as the amount of information that goes through at any moment is very small.

Hope this answers the questions! Let me know if that is not what you were asking and I'll be happy to answer any more questions.

Feel free to reach out if there is anything you need.
