Charge 3 not syncing with android. Along with other things

I've tried to sync my new charge 3 to my android phone it was a lot easier with my charge 2. Turned off Bluetooth and location turned back on. Everything I knew. Still not having any luck. Also I have put the sleep monitor on my charge 3 however it doesn't record my sleep. I find I prefer my charge 2 for all the things it did and were so much easier to do. Anybody to help at all.

It will not show sleep until a sync occurs.
