Hi my charge 3 is registering only my heart rate.  I have tried to reset and change clock face as previous posts have suggested this... My charge 3 is 12 days old... any advice?

Let me help you figure out what is going on. 

 

When you mention that your Charge 3 is only registering your HR, could you share some details on the matter? After it syncs to your account, do you see any of the steps or details other than HR in the app? Does it not sync?
