Black lines running horizontally and getting progressively worse. Today I got the vertical white lines too! While kind of artistic, it is not very functional. I have tried restarting. Nothing .Have only had it 7 months. Bummed. But I suppose if it keeps working with the app it is still kind of useful. Really a bummer though.

Is this with your Fitbit app on your android phone @Inkgddss?
If it is not may I ask what device?
Have you done a restart?

I have a charge 3. I have tried to restart several times. Fortunately the device face is still somewhat legible.

Hello Fitbit team,
Hope you are well.
Been having this issue with my warranty exchange Fitbit Charge 3, black horizontal lines across the screen in all stages/windows persist.
I have tried to reboot and followed these instructions:
Please do the following to restart your device, it will help to refresh the internal setting of the device and fix any little glitch that the Fitbit may have.
While the Fitbit device is connected to the charging cable and a USB port.
Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
Also we recommend you changing the Fitbit clock face by going to the Fitbit app, profile icon, Charge 3, Clock face.
If the issue persists please do the following to do a long restart to the Fitbit, this is a different process that a regular restart. (This one did not work as it always does the 8 second restart)
Connect the device to the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
The device turns off.
The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.
Can you let me know if there is anything else I can try?
Many thanks,
Egija
