Charge 3 syncing issues

syncing has been a huge problem.  also app shows I have a message or something that needs viewing searches the whole app nothing.  called support no help but sees the issue offered to send me a refurbished charge 3 or I can purchase a new one. lol mind you I purchased this one in May.  yes I told them if I hadn't been working so hard to get this one to work I would have been well within my 45 day window

Let me help you with your Charge 3 syncing issues and thank you for following Support instructions. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

I went to settings on the Fitbit app and there is not an app option there or permissions.  also on under the settings on the device there is not a reboot optionSent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

HELLO...Great news  with all your input I think its working again I will keep you posted.  it synced twice when I tested it out... it even had last night's sleep pattern.  not the previous two days but hey I am glad to be up and running... crossing my fingers it lasts  Thank you for all your help 😊
