My new Charge 3 won't pair with my Galaxy s10

Hi @chrissylynn97. Welcome to the forums!

 

Great that you have a new Charge 3 and let me help you to get it paired correctly. Since your Samsung Galaxy S10 phone is compatible with the Fitbit app, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Remove any device from the Bluetooth settings in your phone.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. On your phone's settings tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  4. Go back one screen and tap on force stop.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 3.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and set up your tracker as described here.
