I updated my Android phone yesterday and now my charge 3 won't sync. I've tried a hard reset of the charge 3, uninstalling the app, reinstalling, rebooting my phone but nothing is working. It tries to connect and then says there is a Bluetooth issue but all of my other Bluetooth devices are working fine

The company is aware that a great deal of people are having this issue. They don't care. I haven't been able to use my Fitbit in 2 months.
