I have tried re syncing my cahrge 3 to phone. I have deleted from Bluetooth and repaired in Fitbit app. Uninstalled device and reinstalled in app. Deleted app on phone and reinstalled app and device again. I rebooted the charge 3 and nothing. It will not Sync. I'm not getting text msgs, it won't sync steps etc. Seems that since the Update it won't do anything.
