Charge 4 clock face change

Hello... I've recently upgraded from a Charge 2 and am using the same Fitbit account. I can't change the clock face - keep getting a message saying make sure your device and app are the latest version. I've downloaded the app again, so that's sorted. The Charge 4 is brand new. Any ideas anyone?

The Charge 4 will need a firmware update before you can change clock (and install some apps). Now that it is set up, the app will start to download the update bit-by-bit in the background. When it's fully downloaded it will prompt you to install the update. Fitbit say that this download process can take a day or 2 so keep an eye on the app.

Thanks so much Steve!  That is indeed what happened - I got a notification to run an update, did that, and everything works perfectly now.
