Charger 4 will not sync with Samsung galaxy S21. Tried everything if not compatible it goes back.

@3854s Hi there. Thank you for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

 

I'd like you to confirm that you've tried this syncing troubleshooting. If you have but your tracker is still not syncing, let me know if you're getting any error message and the OS installed on your phone.
