My Fitbit updated on Monday and since then has not synced with my phone. I noticed that it hadn't synced at all today, and so I reset the Fitbit, and my phone. No luck there, so I disconnected the Fitbit from my phone, an now it won't connect. When I go to add a device, the app finds the charge 4 but cannot connect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted both the charge 4 and my phone several times, turned Bluetooth on and off. Has anyone else had this issue since the update? Any idea on how to fix it?

I wish I had an answer but I'm having similar troubles👀🤪. Received it on Sunday and man, this Charge 4 won't sync or allow me to download updates 🤔🤦🏾:female_sign:.

I have an Ionic that is no longer syncing. Last date synced was 6/17 or 6/23. I can't really tell. I'm so frustrated with screwing with it!!

Did you ever get it to work? Mine is doing the same recently. It says it found the charger 4 and then says it can't connect. I had it since april

I think this last update on 6/22 tweaked something and that's why it isn't working? My watch is showing a 45 minute time lag starting when the update happened so i think whatever changed took 45 minutes to update and that's where the problem happened.
