I have a charge 4 & my phone did an update & now it won't give me my text or call notifications. They are abled. I have done everything & it still won't connect.

Have you tried disabling notifications and setting them up again?
Sometimes the phone resets permissions when the phone operating system gets an update.

I have tried everything. Right now it's working but idk for how long it
will last.
