Charge 4 not receiving notifications after update

I have a charge 4 & my phone did an update & now it won't give me my text or call notifications. They are abled. I have done everything & it still won't connect.

Have you tried disabling notifications and setting them up again? 

Sometimes the phone resets permissions when the phone operating system gets an update.

I have tried everything. Right now it's working but idk for how long it
will last.

How did it start to work. ? I have the same issue and struggling since days now and it still won't start..

Reset the fitbit from settings til u can get it to work. Also check your
DND setting.
