Hi, I have tried to add friends to my Fitbit app on all 3 different methods (Facebook, contacts, email) but its giving me an error message "error 404 failed to send friend request"
I believe I have changed all of the permission settings on my phone but still no joy.. Please can you help! Thanks

Hello @kirstydavis and welcome to the Help forums. You are describing app issue, not a device issue. What type of phone do you use? Android or iPhone?

Did you have a Fitbit app or phone update over night?
Have you checked the android notes?
