I frequently travel across time zones. All is well until my fitbit syncs each week. Then it reverts back to set in Eastern time zone even though I have changed the settings to follow me a million times!

@Cookland Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.
Let's try the following:
- Restart your Charge 4
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Clear the app cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in and make sure time zones have been properly set
