Charge 4 stopped syncing and not showing data in the app

Bought my fitbit charge 4

In Dec 

On Tuesday Jan 26th 

It last synced at 9.35am

Nothing since 

Also Instead of steps showing it is showing calories 

When i have gone in to the tiles 

There is no step 

I have done everything I can to try and get it working but nothing 

Help

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Make sure your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?

2. Restart your phone.

3. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.

4. Tap Set Up a Device.

5. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
