Please see this screenshot from my Fitbit App this morning. Somehow the Charge 4 tracker has counted roughly 16.5k steps at ~6am, this is when I had just woken up and was still lying in bed. I got out of bed around 6:15 and didn't go on a massive run immediately.
Does anyone know how I would be able to remove these steps? Realistically I didn't do any steps at all in this time period.

Hi @Jimanben, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for your post and for the screenshot that was attached, seems odd that your Charge 4 tracked so many steps when you were asleep. To further investigate this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? To delete the steps that were erroneously added, please check the information that's specified on: How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?
Looking forward to your reply.
