Charge 5 not receiving notifications

When first purchase I received notification but that stop. I have a Samsung S10+. Tried turning off notifications and powering down my phone.  Nothing seem to work

Sorry to say I'm still working on it.  I've done all the troubleshooting instructions they gave me. And  I've tried uninstall and reinstalled and now I can't pair my device.  Very frustrating 😕
