It seems your mobile phone has all the hardware requirements to be a supported device but is currently not on our list of supported devices. This means that we have not tested it for compatibility and added it to the list to guarantee all features will work as expected.

It still does not sync. I used to be able to use it to track by activity. Now it will not.
There is a superficial crack in the clear plastic cover. Could that be the problem??
