It seems like every since the last update I cannot get my Charge HR 2 to sync with the fitbit app on my Note5. I have tried to unpaired it from my Bluetooth devices on the Note5 but it doesn't unpair. There is ano update for my device but since it will not sync I cannot update my Charge HR 2. I have rebooted my phone, restarted the Bluetooth, and I have removed the fitbit app and re-added it to no avail. Please assist.

I found some instructions to restart the fitbit. Going to try that and see if that resolves it.
