Charge HR Band Quality & App

Hi FitBitter's,
I know the subject of the Charge HR Band Quality, or lack there of, has been voiced previously, however you would think for such a reputable brand name and cost of the product that as an organisation, you wouldn't skimp of the quality of the band. Further more, considering that the majority of users will be using there device during sporting or gym environments... anyway hope a new and more improved design is brought out soon.
Last point, I also have the App. and use the App from a Samsung S4 - it takes over 15-20 min to sync... anyone have this issue?

Please know our engineering team is already working to improve the quality of the wristbands. Why don't you try following the steps provided in this thread to make your tracker sync quicker with your Android device.
