Charge HR battery

Have been using my charge HR for about 10 months now. I used to be able to go 4 days or so between charges. In the last few weeks I have noticed the battery dies in less than 48 hours. I tried resetting it, turning off features, etc and none of it made a difference. I called customer service and she basically told me to charge it from a computer and turn off all the features. It seems a little ridiculous to turn off all the features, considering that is why I bought it.

Any suggestions on how to keep it functional but not have to charge it every day or two?

There are other threads on here with the same issue. I had a charge HR that was thesame until the middle of Dec then only getting 48 hhrs with a charge. I returned itto the store I bought it from and the same thing happened with it straight out of the box. I returned it and got a replacement with the same problem. Found a thread on here and it was suggested to turn all day sync off that worked with mine but I had always used all day sync so ended up taking it back and upgrading to a surge I get better battery but it freezes and misses steps so it's going back to. Try turning off all day sync everyone with the problem relates it back to middle of Dec when the last fitbit firmware update was released.
