Charge HR hasn't been able to sync all day

Can't get my Charge HR to sync on my dashboard. It shows my steps on the band, but hasn't synced since 12:30pm today. Battery has been at medium until an hour ago (now batt is low) I've restarted my Bluetooth & I just updated Fitbit app. Any suggestions?

On my HTC One M8 the Dashboard is showing yesterdays data, but when i click on "steps" it shows todays data in the detailed view. Still the dashboard has yesterdays info. I have tried resettign both the phone and the device no luck so far.

My Charge HR stopped syncing yesterday. I reset it and it would sync but the HR now does not show up on the list of bluetooth devices. Today the HR again refuses to sync. I have had to reset it AGAIN. Something is wrong here. For two months it has worked fine. I have gone thru all the troubleshooting stuff but it still stops syncing. Yes, the battery is charged.

UPDATE: I went to Fitbit website & found out how to restart the Charge HR. That was done 2 days ago. Since then I have not had any further issue. I do not recommend unpairing 1st, you will lose any unsynced data

Additionally, I'd recommend doing the steps posted here in order to fix the syncing issue you're having with the Fitbit app. Don't lose the hope yet! Smiley Very Happy

I logged out and then logged back on and then my fitbit synced.

I too am having struggles with Mr Charge HR syncing work my Galaxy 5. Have tried turning off my blue tooth and UninstalleD the app 3 time. Thoughts?

Thanks for stopping by @James37! Very strange let me say...I was wondering, do you see data tracked on your Charge HR? Is just the Fitbit app not updating your data? Let me know if the only information you see on both tracker and Dashboard are calories so I can go from there.

 

By any chance, have you tried restarting your HR? Were all the steps in the I can't sync my tracker article cover?

My fitbit hasn't synced since Sunday night, & now I've tried again to sync again & I have accidentally deleted my furniture hd from my phone & now I can't re add it, please help

Calories are the only thing displaying. How do you restart the HR? Frustrating. Thanks for yolur help.

so many people unable to get sync to complete and the reply is always the same. Is there a simple solution? How long does it take to sync 21 days data?
