Hey all, for about a month now, my Charge HR wouldn't sync without a manual restart of the HR. Now, it won't even sync when I do that. Thoughts? I've already done all the steps on this link with no luck: http://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866#android

Hi there @samanthalxndra, nice to have new faces in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! Certainly you have tried all the possible solutions for the syncing issues you are experiencing. However has been two days since you posted and I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue still persisting?
If it does, perhaps the following troubleshooting steps might get you back on track. You won't be able to find this in our help articles so it won't hurt to give it a try:
Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Hope this helps. See you around in case the issue persists.

This worked for me! Thanks for the tip.
Any idea why this happens so often? About a week ago I started having syncing issues again (it happens periodically), and my charge HR completely stopped syncing for a couple days despite turning it off and on, reinstalling the app, turning my BT off/on, restarting my phone multiple times etc... It worked for about a day after I did the hard reset, and stopped syncing again. Now it works thanks to clearing the cache + force stop.
Pretty frustrating that it keeps happening. Is it just because the Charge HR is and older model tracker?
