Charge HR not synching with S7 Edge

I just bought my Charge HR and unable to use Bluetooth with my new S7 Edge from Samsung. But the same Fitbit first my with and it synced with her iPhone 6 just fine. Any advice?

Welcome to the Community @Quefucious. Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, is not a compatible phone and that's why you are having problems syncing it with your tracker. Our team still testing the compatibility of it. In the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a computer. I also suggest checking our list or Compatible Devices for any update.
