Charge HR not syncing with pixel XL

Hi! 

My charge HR won't sync on my pixel XL. I've already done everything on the troubleshooting page for not syncing.

My charge HR WILL sync with my computer and wireless dongle, but even so it takes multiple tries. 

I suspect it's a problem with the Bluetooth on my phone but not sure how to correct it. Anyone else having problems getting an HR to sync with the original pixel XL?

That definitely sounds quite bothersome, but let me help you get it to work.

Let's try to restart the connection between your Charge HR and your Pixel XL. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Open the Bluetooth settings of your XL and look for your Charge HR in there.
2. If it does show up, remove it from the paired devices list. If it doesn't then jump to step 3.
3. Then open the Fitbit app and go into the account tab.
4. Select 'Setup a New Device' and then follow the instructions to set it up.

It should start working then.
