Fitbit blaze will sync to Lg4

can not get fitbit to sync to phone. Has tracker. But will not download app .

Verizon LG4 phone

A very warm welcome to the Forums @Samiidel.

 

After checking on our Compatibility page, I could see that the LG G4 is not currently a supported device and thus that would explain why the app is not downloading correctly. 

 

In this case I'd recommend trying to sync with another device. Perhaps other mobile, a tablet, or even a computer will absolutely do the trick.
