Every time I try to sync my fitbit charge HR with my Samsung galaxy s7 it says device not found. I know there was a problem syncing after the last android update and it wouldn't work for over a month during that time. It started syncing again as soon as that was fixed, for a while. For the past week it has stopped working again. I have restarted Bluetooth and restarted my phone. I have the latest update for the app. My fitbit is charged and working. I'm very frustrated with this, it's not even worth wearing and having one if it's never going to work.

Hi, @HannahBug! If you try to force sync the tracker from within the device menu in the app, does that work? I was seeing this issue myself and I can usually get it to force sync after a few tries.

The issue is still not fixed and fitbit has been less than helpful. I think I'm just going to return it. Maybe apple watch is the way to go.
