I cannot get my Galaxy Note 4 to connect with my fitbit. I've been trying for 3 days.... What eventually worked for you?

I'm happy to see you have joined the Community @blickCat Very Happy

First, please make sure that the app in your phone is updated to the latest version. Also, you can try out restarting your tracker.

If the restart doesn't work, you can try out the troubleshooting tips my friend @HelenaFitbit kindly provided in her post. Setting up your tracker as a new device can also work out for this.

If you keep encountering syncing issues after trying this, my best recommendation is to contact Customer Support, and they will gladly give you a hand with this.

By the way, I have moved your post to this new thread to keep sorted our community and your post have more attention for relevant help.

I'll be around in case you need anything else! Smiley Very Happy

@blick, check to see if you have WiFi enabled on your phone.  If you do, turn it off and try connecting the tracker.  Sometimes there is a conflict between the phone's Bluetooth and WiFi.
