Did you mean:

Charge HR time off by 7 hours.

I have tried the usual uninstall/reinstall, restart, resync, and even reset to factory settings. It still insists that it's literally seven hours later in my time zone (or maybe 15 hours earlier).

Any ideas?

If it is off by exact number of hours, check time zone setting.  If it is set correct, try setting it to something else, sync, set back to correct and sync again.

If that doesn't work, read this for suggestions:

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks so much, that did the trick (the first change didn't do anything, but the second one did).
