Charge HR won't sync?

I recently moved and went from Mountain Time to Eastern Time zones. I have tried to sync my watch repeatedly and the time will not change even though the app says it is synced. All of my steps and stats are updated so I know it is synced bit the time will not change. I can even save alarms and they work. I haven't tried uninstalling the app because I feel like it's a problem with the watch itself.

Welcome to the Community @Samcneel! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've tried. Please try restarting your tracker and set the timezone once again.

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and tap Account.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Find an option to modify your time zone.
  4. Sync your tracker:
    1. Go back to the Account screen and tap your tracker name.
    2. Tap Sync Now.

P.S. You don't need to uninstall your app. This won't necessarily fix the issue.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
