Are you trying to get your fitbit to sync for the first time (ie you are trying to set it up) or was it syncing but has now stopped?
If you are having problems setting it up then this guide may help: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/
If it has stopped syncing then first try restarting your phone and then your fitbit using this procedure: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/
