Charge Not Syncing with Samsung S7 Android App

The last week my Charge has stopped syncing with th Fitbit app on my Samsung Galaxy S7. I removed the device from the app. When I try to add it back, the apps detects the Charge. I enter the pairing code and then it just hangs at the Connecting message. I am using the Fitbit 2.39.1 version.

Does anyone have a solution to this issue?

I finally got my Charge to sync with my Galaxy S7. After reading through some other posts, some users were syncing their Fitbit device to their home computer using the Bluetooth dongle that came with the device. So I tried the same thing. I plugged in the dongle to my Windows 10 computer and downloaded the Fitbit app from the Microsoft Store. I opened the app and successfully synced my Charge to the computer. Once that succeeded, I went back to my phone and tried to setup/sync my Chrage again to my phone. To my surprise, it synced! It has been syncing fine all day like it used to. So to summarize:

1. Connect the Fitbit Bluetooth Dongle to a Windows computer.

2. Download the Fitbit app from the Microsoft Store.

3. Open the app and setup/sync the Charge to the computer.

4. After the device successfully syncs, return to the smartphone and setup/sync the Charge through the latest version of the Fitbit app (2.39.1).

Those steps got mine syncing again.
