Charge hr not syncing to change time or updating stats

After returning from holiday on 15/8/18, my fitbit charge hr will no longer sync to change back to local time. Then noticed also along, with many others, that data not recorded on dashboard. I don't tend to use this latter function too much, however I would like the current time please! Please advise.

@sjpaton Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your Charge HR isn't syncing with your phone. Try restarting your phone and then restart your Charge HR by doing the following:

 

1.- Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your
2.- Fitbit Charge HR. Your Charge HR will begin charging.
3.- Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
4.- Let go of the button.
5.- Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

 

Open the Fitbit app to start a sync between them, once it syncs the time will be updated. You can find more suggestions here that may help you.
