Hi all,
So I have a fitbit surge which use to work great without any issues. I've recently had to make a new account and I can't set up my device on my laptop or phone (Samsung s7 edge). I enter the 4 digits on the fitbit and then it says "connecting" until it eventually just kicks me back to the home screen.
Tired resetting, reinstalling, rebooting.
Any ideas?

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear about your issue setting your Surge again and thank you for trying to troubleshoot this. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and then restart your Surge again by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the Home and Select buttons (left and bottom right) on your Fitbit Surge for 10 to 15 seconds, until you see the screen flash or start to dim.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- After your screen turns completely off, wait 10 seconds and press the Home button to turn your Surge back on.
After this retry the setup process. If the issue persist you could try using a different phone or computer and try just syncing with your phone.
