After the last app upgrade, my Surge no longer syncs with my Samsung Note 5 in real time. This is frustrating since I monitor my exercise on my phone, not my Surge. When will Fitbit fix this problem? Very frustrating!!!!!!!!

@Roper12 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Surge isn't syncing your data live to your Fitbit app. Could you add more information about the issue? Is your data showing on the app itself (just not updating live)? Or is it not showing at all? Could you share a screenshot of what you see on the app? There was an issue with the Fitbit app for Android but an update is being released to fix it so please update the app once you see the update available for you.
