My Charge HR has not synced since 19th October. I've done all the trouble shooting to no avail. My birthday was on 31st October and I'd asked my hubby for an Ionic ... but due to the lack of sync and loss of details on the app before the loss of sync I'm feeling glad that he hasn't got it yet. I have loved my Charge HR for the past two years but unfortunately it looks like i won't be upgrading.. Which is a shame

Was one of the troubleshooting steps you tries a restart of the Charge HR using the following procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.
