Charge stopped syncing to my Note 5

Hi,
I've seen messages where people are having issues with their Fitbit pairing to the Note 5 but mine has been working for months and now has failed to sync since June 22nd. I've tried to force a sync with no luck. Unfortunately, using this Fitbit isn't just for my own benefit, my insurance company requires me to use it and it needs to repoert to them. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Community @LisaKinn. The reason why there are inconveniences syncing with Samsung Galaxy Note 5, is because this phone isn't a compatible phone. Our team is working in testing the compatibility of several phones, in the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a computer or a compatible mobile device.

@LisaKinn -- UPDATE: The Galaxy Note 5 is now listed as a supported device here. I recommend trying to sync again and/or following these troubleshooting tips if you continue to experience issues.
