Hello @AnneGrethe, its nice to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community for the first time! I would like to know more details of what is the issue you are experiencing with your tracker? Are you able to sync or is your tracker unpaired to your Fitbit account?
I was able to see on your Community profile you have paired a Charge HR. So in the meantime if you are not able to sync your tracker, please take a look at the following post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
