Since the last update 12 14 18. Tracker is not accurately tracking sleep correctly. I have done a hard reset on the tracker and I have clear the data on the phone. Have also tried all the previous steps that customer service adjusted in the past nothing has corrected the problem. I have to manually edit the information everyday just tried to get close to my actual sleep time. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I sleep on my back The Tracker is two fingers with above my wrist bone not too tight but not sliding around. The issue seems to be more at the beginning of the sleep session it's not picking up any sleep at all.

@aunt_rhonda It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't recording your sleep correctly. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time.
Let me know how it goes!
