Hi All,
Woke up this morning my dashboard has disappeared and gone back to basic format and my tracker is not sync with my Samsung s7 edge phone.
IS ANYBODY HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM??

I have not been able to sync since sunday, I removed the app and re-installed but still nothing, disconnected the Bluetooth and still nothing. this is really frustrating

I haven't been able to sync for well over a month. Using charge 2 and Moto Z. Fitbit support wasn't helpful. Said my phone is not a phone they have support for so basically SOL.
