I was given a Fitbit Charge 2 as a Christmas gift. I have tried all day to sync it with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 tablet and my Samsung Galaxy S4 and it will not sync. Occasionally I get the code to enter but it never connects. Can anyone help with this?

I am also having troubles syncing to my galaxy 6s. I would love any ideas anyone has!

I have exactly this problem as well. Had a Charge 2 as an Xmas gift and cannot connect it to my Tab S2. It looks to be a device not supported by Fitbit, so fear the Charge 2 gift will have to be returned to the seller. I hope this is not the case.

Same situation with my Galaxy S4 - this is my second Charge 2 original returned because wouldn't charge. Despite trying all published permutations will not connect - very disappointing as again recent Xmas present. Before I teturn second one does anybody have any advice. Thanks

I am not going to give up quite yet and have splashed out to buy a dongle to connect it to my computer. Will have to wait and see if that works. lLoking around this community it seems there are a lot of people that are pee'd off with Fitbit that they ship this product without a dongle, which is often needed and they used to include before. Fitbit assume everyone has teh lates and flashiest devices, which is wholly presumptious of them.
