I have been having issues with my Charge HR connecting to bluetooth and syncing even with all day sync on. My time is almost 9 hours behind, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and took fitbit off the app. I habe been trying for 2 hours to add my HR back on but once I get to the 4 digit code it just thinks. Help!!

Hi there @Kjones12, it is nice to see you have joined the Fitbit Community! First thing we need to address is to pair back your tracker:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your phone; wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Try setting up your device again.
- Restart your Fitbit device using the instructions from this post.
- Try setting up your device again.
- If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your phone or tablet (turn it off and then back on).
- Try setting up your device again.
- If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app.
If you were able to go through the pairing process there is no need to try the previous steps. Now for syncing issues the following post will provide you all the necessary help you need.
See you later and stay tuned to our Community for more help.
