Does not want to send info to my Samsung Note5. Unpaired and now won't pair either.

It's nice to see our Community is growing @BryanRRT! Welcome my friend! Smiley HappyPlease make sure Bluetooth is enabled in your Android settings. Bluetooth also must be enabled within the Fitbit app. You can check this by tapping the menu button and selecting Device Settings. After this please do the following:

 

1. Reboot your Android device. 

2. Restart your Charge HR tracker by following the steps provided in this thread.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app and try setting up again.
