Hi i have the Fitbit Charger HR for almost 4 years now an it wont sync to to my huawei mate 20pro. I've done all of the resetting tips an the forget device/start up new device. The 20pro is on the pone is on the list. I don't have windows 10 so i cant get the computer app. Is there anyone else who has had this problem an been able to fix it. I cant afford a new fitbit an i really like having this one. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to the Forums @cats_441.

This might be happening because the Mate 20 Pro is not part of the supported devices list, the P20 Pro is. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. You do not necessarily need a Windows 10 computer to do so. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
