EVERY single time I take my Versa off and charge it, once its done charging, it is no longer synced to my phone. And will not pair with my phone again no matter how many times I restart my Bluetooth, my phone, the fitbit itself...i actually got to the point where I stopped wearing it because I was severely annoyed with this issue. But we didnt spend over $200 on a watch that I cant wear. I end up having to remove my versa from the app and have to reinstall my versa onto the app for it to work. And sometimes THAT doesnt even work. Currently will not connect with my app. App tells me it found the versa, but it won't connect to it. I tried finding thr fitbit chat on here for instant help but no luck. So here I am. Considering calling later when I'm more calm about this. But I am not a happy customer right now!

I have the exact same problem. Still can't find a solution. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
