Can I charge my fitbit charge 2 with my phone charger?

absolutely if it that USB brick has a UL certified stamp, or green dot, on it (most do)

Avoid using hubs (most are not UL certified) and any unmarked cubes, they will damage your tiny battery as they heat up from not having the proper regulating/protection circuitry.
