Received brand new Ionic today. Plugged it in 2 hours ago, absolutely nothing happening.  My phone cannot find it via Bluetooth. Now what ?

Hi, @MoonshineDick! Have you tried charging it from a different source (e.g., wall outlet instead of USB port)? It will need to be powered up before it can be found by your phone.
