Cheering friends not working properly - Fitbit Android App

Hi. I've been cheering people but when i cheer someone it doesn't show that i cheered. When I go back to check, the cheer didn't go through. So I need to recheer everyone again a few times before it shows I have cheered them on. Too tedious.

@abby_abby Nice to see you again here in the forums. I will gladly help you regarding cheering users on your friends list. Thanks for the explanation. This is the first time I see this situation. I will try cheering a friend when I get my smartphone and will report back. In the meantime please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Try restarting your smartphone as well and try again.

Hi Rodrigo. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have restarted my phone and downloaded the latest app but it's still the same. I have tried on an iphone as well and the cheering is the same as well.

Hi. I'm still having issues with cheering. It still comes off as uncheered even if I do for both iOs and android and I have the updated apps since I need to delete and re-download the app every few days.
